Is the Free Plan really free forever?
Yes, if you start now, you’ll keep access to all current free features at no cost. In the future, we may introduce additional features that won’t be included in the Free Plan, but rest assured, we won’t remove any existing features.
Is a paid subscription mandatory for using StageTools?
Once added to Microsoft Teams, you can use StageTools with all its benefits in our FREE plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
Once your trial ends, your account will be downgraded to our Free plan. If you’re wondering how much time you have left on your trial, there’s a handy indicator in the navigation bar.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: Depending on your location all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. We accept invoices for Enterprise orders. For more information please contact

Can I pay StageTools monthly?
Yes, you can pay monthly for your subscription. Optionally, you can also take out an annual subscription and receive a discount.
Can I change the billing period?
Switching from monthly to annual payment (with discount) is possible at any time and will be executed and invoiced immediately. Switching from annual to monthly payment is possible at the end of the current billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Your StageTools subscription can be cancelled up to 1h before the end of the current billing period, giving you maximum flexibility.
Can I change my plan and the number of seats?
You can make changes to your plan and seats at any time by changing the type of your plan and adding or removing users. Additional seats are activated and billed immediately. Fewer seats will be activated with the next billing period. To change your plan or number of seats, simply go to the your
account management.
How is StageTools protecting my data?
We have taken great precautions to ensure that your data is visible only to the people who should see it. Our data is hosted by Microsoft Azure in Germany and EU, a secure cloud services platform. Each User gets access only to the data that is relevant to them.
Where does StageTools store my personal data?
The data you provide for the use of StageTools is stored by us in encrypted form on our servers located in Germany and EU. You can find more information about the data we store in our
